It’s a simple 6 steps to achieve an outdoor area at your school that your pupils will love!
Consultation & Design
One of our play consultants will visit your school to discuss your requirements in detail, take a look at your space, and measure up so we can make our proposals. Our design team will show you how we transform your space into an area children will love. Our ability to create bespoke outdoor school items is unlimited.
Whether you would like a wooden friendship bench with your school emblem engraved on it, fancy creating your own bespoke play equipment or would like a themed area on your grounds, we will be able to help. We are able to create tailor-made playground chairs, tables, benches, play equipment, storage, planters and more…
Installation & Management
We will deliver and install. Our delivery and installation teams carry out all jobs with care and attention to detail, making sure the project meets our high-quality standards. Our in-house team of installers will provide instructions and after-care guidance where necessary to get the most out of your equipment.
Support & Maintenance
Our experienced team of school playground inspectors will visit your school site and prepare a detailed report on the condition of your play equipment, surfacing and playground furniture.
We will highlight and prioritise any issues related to compliance with European standards EN1176 and EN1177. To demonstrate due diligence, it is recommended that in addition to your own regular inspections, your play equipment is inspected annually by an external independent expert. We also maintain safety surfacing whether it would be wet pour, play bark, rubber matting or bonded rubber mulch.

CASE STUDIES
Our Projects
Caldicot School
We provided a perimeter beam tensile structure with integrated drainage system, providing a waterproof covered area while minimising the number of pillars. The area was completed with the provision of Tunbridge furniture providing students with a place to sit in during break times.
Fairfields School
Most recently Outdoor for Schools has renovated the school library providing an inspiring woodland themed space for students to browse and enjoy books. Along with extensive bookshelves we have provided a treehouse, furniture and a teepee.
Corpus Christi Catholic High School
The school wanted to bring this large, unused, and overgrown internal courtyard back to life. They wanted a space where the children could enjoy the outdoor air, a place to eat their lunch and spend time with friends.
Norwood Green School
A repeat customer for us, Norwood Green Infant and Nursery School, located in Norwood, London, already has some outdoor play equipment and a play house from us.
Yeading Infants School
Yeading Infant and Nursery School is located in Hillingdon in London. The school is one of the largest infant schools in the area.
Gilbert Colvin School
Gilbert Colvin School consists of a nursery and primary school with children from the ages of 3 to 11 yrs. There are just under 500 children at the school.
